DigiSpark

DigiSpark POETA DigiSpark empowers vulnerable individuals (ages 16 and up) through technology, facilitating access to employment, entrepreneurship, and education in 11 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean, with support from Microsoft Philanthropies. In 2025, the program will emphasize artificial intelligence and cybersecurity as key pillars, training educators and entrepreneurs in emerging technologies. With a network of 20 partners, it promotes digital, technical, and life skills, fostering regional digital and economic transformation.ca regional.

Beyanid

Beyanid (30), de Usme, Bogotá, transformó su pasión por la costura en un exitoso taller desde casa. Con apoyo del centro TRUST -Laudes, accedió a maquinaria, capacitación en Excel y liderazgo, y asesoría en emprendimiento. Esto impulsó su negocio "Confeccionando Sueños", permitiéndole lanzar su primera colección y generar empleo para otras mujeres. Beyanid now leads a team trained in digital and business skills, strengthening her brand and impact on the community.

Clara Rosa

Clara Rosa (29), madre migrante de Venezuela, llegó a Brasil en 2018 y, tras superar numerosos desafíos, comenzó un emprendimiento de comida rápida durante la pandemia. Al descubrir el curso ADN Emprendedoras en el Centro TRUST–Casa dos Sete, Clara mejoró sus habilidades financieras, digitales y de marketing, lo que le permitió formalizar su negocio y aumentar sus ingresos. Hoy, inspira a otros, planea abrir un local físico y sueña con crear una ONG para ayudar a mujeres migrantes.

Julia

Julia (51), from Venezuela, dedicated herself to her family after becoming a mother, but in 2021, she decided to resume her professional development. Enrolled in the CDI Chile courses, she became interested in data analysis and, after completing the PowerBI Bootcamp, secured a paid internship as a Data Analyst at an NGO. "POETA DigiSpark was key to gaining confidence and reintegrating into the labor market," says Julia, who at 51 is reigniting her career with renewed energy. Bootcamp de PowerBI, obtuvo una pasantía remunerada como Analista de Datos en una ONG. "DigiSpark fue clave para ganar confianza y reintegrarse al mercado laboral", comenta Julia, quien a sus 51 años retoma su carrera con renovada energía.
