About us

We are a 501(c) (3) nonprofit of organization , affiliated with the Organization of American States (OAS), with nearly 30 years of experience transforming lives.

What we do...

Our mission is to promote social and economic inclusion across the Americas through public-private partnerships.

Why we do it...

We contribute to building a more peaceful and equitable region where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Where it all begins

In 1997, a group of visionaries committed to advancing the Americas set out to create something greater than an organization.

That vision gave rise to The Trust for the Americas, an affiliated entity of the Organization of American States (OAS). This affiliation strengthens our impact and reinforces the credibility of our work through our connection to a leading institution in governance, human rights, and sustainable development.

Through this relationship, we engage policymakers and strategic stakeholders, connecting solutions across sectors to expand opportunities and transform lives.

Nearly three decades later, we continue building bridges, extending a hand, and opening doors so more people can access opportunities that transform their futures and the future of their communities.

Our impact

We work tirelessly to turn skills into opportunities and partnerships into impact. Every program we deliver and every collaboration we build helps create more inclusive communities where people can learn, work, innovate, and thrive.
