On August 25, 2021, the POETA Casa dos Sete Center, representing Bahia, Brazil in the POETA Social Franchise, signed two important Partnership Terms with the local government, the first with the Municipal Secretariat of Social Development and the second with the Municipal Secretariat of Culture and Sports of Feira de Santana – Bahia, through their representatives Antônio Carlos Borges dos Santos Junior and Jairo Carneiro Filho.

According to General Coordinator Inaiá Simões, the goal of the partnership is to offer personal, social, and technological development courses through instruction in various subjects, such as Digital Tools and Skills, Computer Science, and Job Market Preparation, in addition to training aimed at civil servants, employees, and the entire target audience of the Secretariats.

The initiative will benefit more than 1,500 people in situations of social vulnerability, youth, women, and the unemployed. The courses have already started this September and received more than 800 applications in the first three days.
