No \u00e2mbito do Projeto POETA YouthSpark, parceiros locais na Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Col\u00f4mbia e M\u00e9xico se reunir\u00e3o para compartilhar experi\u00eancias, desafios e melhores pr\u00e1ticas em seus esfor\u00e7os para preparar os jovens para a inclus\u00e3o laboral na economia do s\u00e9culo XXI.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santiago, Chile (07\/10\/2019) \u2013<\/strong> Como parte do Projeto YouthSpark da POETA (Parceria para Oportunidades Econ\u00f4micas por meio da Tecnologia nas Am\u00e9ricas), a Trust para as Am\u00e9ricas \u2014 uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o afiliada \u00e0 Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Estados Americanos \u2014, a Microsoft e a Innovacien realizar\u00e3o o segundo Encontro Regional POETA YouthSpark para discutir os desafios e as boas pr\u00e1ticas implementadas pelos parceiros locais em cada pa\u00eds na forma\u00e7\u00e3o educacional de jovens \u2014 especialmente mulheres \u2014, bem como na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os de trabalho para esses jovens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nos concentramos nas quatro principais estrat\u00e9gias que o Trust para as Am\u00e9ricas lidera na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto: Oportunidades Econ\u00f4micas (trabalho, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, voluntariado e empreendedorismo), a estrat\u00e9gia de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Integral, Sustentabilidade e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Visibilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da mesma forma, abriremos espa\u00e7os para debater os desafios que os setores p\u00fablico e privado enfrentam em seu trabalho de aproximar os jovens da tecnologia por meio da ci\u00eancia da computa\u00e7\u00e3o. Das 9:00 da manh\u00e3 \u00e0s 6:00 da tarde, ser\u00e3o realizadas sess\u00f5es de trabalho que contar\u00e3o com a presen\u00e7a de especialistas internacionais que, por meio de suas palestras inspiradoras, abordar\u00e3o essas quest\u00f5es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O evento, realizado em Santiago, no Chile, contar\u00e1 com a presen\u00e7a de Universidade Pontif\u00edcia Bolivariana, Monter\u00eda \u2013 UPB <\/strong>se\u00e7\u00e3o que, por meio do Centro Social Marie Poussepin, tem sido aliada da The Trust desde 2007 e, desde 2018, atua como parceira de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto POETA YouthSpark. Da mesma forma, o Brasil contar\u00e1 com a presen\u00e7a da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Social Works Jer\u00f4nimo Candinho (OSJC) <\/strong>\u2014 localizado em Bras\u00edlia, Distrito Federal \u2014 que presta servi\u00e7os educacionais, profissionais e assistenciais a comunidades vulner\u00e1veis, permitindo a aprendizagem e a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas em todas as fases da vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representando o M\u00e9xico, o Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Proacceso<\/strong> \u2014 uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o sem fins lucrativos cuja miss\u00e3o \u00e9 contribuir para o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico e social de pessoas em comunidades vulner\u00e1veis, promovendo habilidades e compet\u00eancias por meio do impacto positivo da tecnologia \u2014 estar\u00e1 presente. Da Argentina, teremos a assist\u00eancia e participa\u00e7\u00e3o de CILSA \u2014 uma ONG pela Inclus\u00e3o \u2014<\/strong> uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida h\u00e1 mais de 52 anos na Argentina que promove a plena inclus\u00e3o de pessoas com defici\u00eancia e em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe ressaltar que a CILSA conta atualmente com 7 centros comunit\u00e1rios de tecnologia, nas cidades de Santa Fe, Ros\u00e1rio, C\u00f3rdoba, Mar del Plata, La Plata, Buenos Aires e Mendoza, cujos objetivos s\u00e3o promover o acesso e a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o no uso das Tecnologias da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, e a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para a inclus\u00e3o socioecon\u00f4mica de popula\u00e7\u00f5es em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Lace Education<\/strong>, uma empresa credenciada pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o do Chile, atrav\u00e9s do Registro de Assist\u00eancia T\u00e9cnica Educacional (ATE), \u00e9 especializada no Design de Planos de Melhoria Educacional, na Assessoria a Professores em suas Avalia\u00e7\u00f5es Profissionais, bem como no desenvolvimento de materiais de alta qualidade testados por col\u00e9gios de excel\u00eancia como Colegio Santo Domingo, Preuniversitario Cumbres, Colegio Mayor, Colegio Santa Victoria, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, seremos acompanhados por Inovaci\u00e9m<\/strong>, uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o sem fins lucrativos que fomenta a criatividade, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e o empreendedorismo no sistema escolar, buscando desenvolver novos modelos de aprendizagem que permitam aos jovens tornarem-se protagonistas dentro da sociedade global do conhecimento. A Innovacien, al\u00e9m de ser uma das anfitri\u00e3s do dia, abrir\u00e1 suas portas para os parceiros locais do POETA YouthSpark que visitarem o Chile para conhecer seu Centro de Treinamento localizado em Santiago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O POETA YouthSpark busca capacitar, atrav\u00e9s da tecnologia, jovens em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade na Am\u00e9rica Latina e no Caribe, a fim de facilitar oportunidades de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, empreendedorismo e emprego por meio de treinamento abrangente em alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o digital e ci\u00eancia da computa\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, o POETA YouthSpark promove o acesso e o uso da tecnologia entre jovens de 16 a 29 anos para equip\u00e1-los com as habilidades que os mercados de trabalho do s\u00e9culo XXI demandam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2019\/10\/09 Under the POETA YouthSpark Project, local partners in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico will meet to share experiences, challenges and best practices in their efforts to prepare young people for their labor inclusion in the twentieth century economy. Santiago, Chile (07\/10\/2019) – As part of the POETA (Partnership for Economic Opportunities through Technology in the Americas) YouthSpark Project, The Trust for the Americas \u2014 an organization affiliated with the Organization of American States \u2014 Microsoft, and Innovacien will host the second POETA YouthSpark Regional Meeting to discuss the challenges and good practices carried out by Local Partners in each country in the educational training of young people \u2014 particularly women \u2014 as well as in the creation of work spaces for these young people. We focused on the four main strategies that The Trust for the Americas leads in the execution of the Project: Economic Opportunities (labor, education, volunteering and entrepreneurship), the strategy of Integral Training, Sustainability, and Communication and Visibility. Likewise, we will open spaces to discuss the challenges that the public and private sectors face in their work of bringing young people closer to technology through computer science. From 9:00 in the morning until 6:00 in the evening, work sessions will be held that will be attended by international experts who, through their inspiring talks, will address these issues.  The event, held in Santiago, Chile, will be attended by the Pontifical Bolivarian University, Monter\u00eda – UPB section, which, through its Marie Poussepin Social Center, has been an ally of The Trust since 2007 and since 2018 has served as an Implementing Partner of the POETA YouthSpark Project. Likewise, Brazil will have the presence of the Organization Social Works Jer\u00f4nimo Candinho (OSJC) \u2014 located in Brasilia, Federal District \u2014 that provides educational, professional and assistance services to vulnerable communities, allowing for the learning and training of people at all stages of life. Representing Mexico, the Proacceso Foundation \u2014 a non-profit organization whose mission is to contribute to the economic and social development of people in vulnerable communities, promoting skills and competencies through the positive impact of technology \u2014 will be present. From Argentina, we will have the assistance and participation of CILSA \u2014an NGO for Inclusion \u2014 an organization established over 52 years ago in Argentina that promotes the full inclusion of people with disabilities and in situations of social vulnerability. It should be noted that CILSA currently has 7 community technology centers, in the cities of Santa Fe, Rosario, C\u00f3rdoba, Mar del Plata, La Plata, Buenos Aires and Mendoza, whose objectives are to promote access and training in use of Information and Communication Technologies, and the preparation for the socio-economic inclusion of populations in situations of social vulnerability. Lace Education Foundation, a company accredited to the Ministry of Education of Chile, through the Registry of Educational Technical Assistance (ATE), specializes in the Design of Educational Improvement Plans, in Advising Teachers in their Professional Evaluations, as well as in the development of high quality materials tested by colleges of excellence such as Colegio Santo Domingo, Preuniversitario Cumbres, Colegio Mayor, Colegio Santa Victoria, among others. Finally, we will be accompanied by Innovacien, a non-profit organization that fosters creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in the school system, seeking to develop new learning models that allow young people to become protagonists within the global society of knowledge. Innovacien, in addition to being one of the day\u2019s hosts, will open its doors to the POETA YouthSpark\u2019s local partners who visit Chile to visit its Training Center located in Santiago.
