Ecuador<\/p>\n\n\n\nLas capacitaciones est\u00e1n destinadas a docentes que buscan mejorar su conocimiento en habilidades digitales para la empleabilidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eidos Global y The Trust for the Americas, instituci\u00f3n afiliada a la Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos (OEA), con el apoyo de Microsoft impulsan el programa \u201cHabilidades para el Futuro,\u201d una iniciativa de formaci\u00f3n en destrezas digitales enfocada a potenciar el desarrollo de la empleabilidad en Latinoam\u00e9rica. La capacitaci\u00f3n impulsada por el programa se enfoca en la ense\u00f1anza conjunta de contenidos digitales y habilidades cognitivas y socioemocionales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
El programa est\u00e1 dirigido a docentes de cualquier instituci\u00f3n, que cuenten con un nivel m\u00ednimo de alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital y quieran mejorar sus habilidades laborales a trav\u00e9s del uso de software. El curso est\u00e1 desarrollado en un formato adaptable y replicable, lo cual facilita su implementaci\u00f3n por parte de los gobiernos y organizaciones que lo llevan adelante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La capacitaci\u00f3n es virtual y se combinan instancias sincr\u00f3nicas, con un formador dando clase a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Microsoft Teams, e instancias asincr\u00f3nicas, en las que los participantes siguen las gu\u00edas a su propio tiempo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
El programa se desarrolla de manera 100% virtual y sin costo. Las personas educadoras tendr\u00e1n acceso a una metodolog\u00eda creativa e innovadora para facilitar los espacios de aprendizaje virtual en habilidades digitales y sociales con las herramientas de Microsoft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Diana Andrade, coordinadora de la Franquicia Social POETA en Ecuador, coment\u00f3 que \u201cel futuro se nos presenta con grandes y nuevos desaf\u00edos, por lo tanto, las personas educadoras, docentes y facilitadores, tienen en sus manos la gran responsabilidad de seguir adquiriendo importantes destrezas para que la poblaci\u00f3n con la que trabajan pueda abrir, ampliar o mejorar sus oportunidades en el mundo laboral\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training sessions are designed for teachers seeking to improve their digital skills to enhance their employability.\u00a0 Eidos Global and The Trust for the Americas, an institution affiliated with the Organization of American States (OAS), with support from Microsoft, are promoting the \u201cSkills for the Future\u201d program, a digital skills training initiative focused on enhancing employability in Latin America. The training provided by the program focuses on teaching digital content alongside cognitive and socio-emotional skills. The program is open to teachers from any institution who have a basic level of digital literacy and wish to improve their professional skills through the use of software. \u00a0The course is designed in a flexible and replicable format, which facilitates its implementation by the governments and organizations carrying it out.\u00a0 The training is virtual and combines synchronous sessions\u2014with an instructor teaching via the Microsoft Teams platform\u2014and asynchronous sessions, in which participants follow the guides at their own pace. The program is delivered entirely online and at no cost. Educators will have access to a creative and innovative methodology for facilitating virtual learning spaces focused on digital and social skills using Microsoft tools.
