Adem\u00e1s, las beneficiarias recibir\u00e1n servicios de apoyo y estipendios.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, 27 de abril de 2023.- The Trust for the Americas lanza el segundo a\u00f1o de implementaci\u00f3n del Proyecto CIMA (Capacitaci\u00f3n Integral de Mujeres en Acci\u00f3n), en alianza con J\u00f3venes Constructores de la Comunidad (JCC) y el Centro Laboral M\u00e9xico I.A.P. (CELAMEX). El objetivo es capacitar a mujeres j\u00f3venes para su inserci\u00f3n laboral en la industria de la hospitalidad, la cual, presenta una gran proyecci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y favorece la obtenci\u00f3n de ingresos, especialmente para mujeres que buscan iniciar una vida laboral formal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el primer a\u00f1o de implementaci\u00f3n, el Proyecto CIMA capacit\u00f3 a 179 mujeres en habilidades para la vida, empoderamiento, digitales y t\u00e9cnicas en la industria de la hospitalidad. De ellas, 119 ya se encuentran vinculadas a una oportunidad econ\u00f3mica en alg\u00fan restaurante, hotel o cafeter\u00eda en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, esto gracias al apoyo fundamental de los socios locales, J\u00f3venes Constructores de la Comunidad (JCC) y Servicios para la Juventud (SERAJ).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lourdes Serrano, Gerente de Proyectos en M\u00e9xico para The Trust for the Americas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que &#8221; CIMA busca impactar a grupos de mujeres j\u00f3venes en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, para ofrecerles un esquema de capacitaci\u00f3n integral que ofrece contenido en habilidades t\u00e9cnicas, para la vida, digitales y de empoderamiento. Del mismo modo, una vez que las participantes cursan y se grad\u00faan del esquema completo, apoyamos su inserci\u00f3n en oportunidades laborales de calidad con enfoque en la industria de la hospitalidad con el fin de apoyarlas a obtener autonom\u00eda financiera y bienestar general de ellas y sus familias.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las participantes, adem\u00e1s, reciben acompa\u00f1amiento integral y servicios de apoyo transversales, como mentor\u00edas personalizadas, seguimiento psicoemocional y estipendios.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el lanzamiento de la segunda etapa del Proyecto CIMA, un nuevo aliado, Casa Nishi-Ter\u00e1n present\u00f3 el cuadernillo &#8220;Tu caja de herramientas para la vida&#8221;, un instrumento que ofrece herramientas relacionadas a tem\u00e1ticas como &#8220;Vivir la maternidad sin culpa&#8221;, &#8220;Conocer la Importancia de la individualidad&#8221;, &#8220;Responsabilidades dentro del hogar&#8221;, &#8220;Saber decir no&#8221;, &#8220;Disciplina desde el amor&#8221;, entre otras.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta iniciativa de The Trust for the Americas contribuye a los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible, como la disminuci\u00f3n de la pobreza, educaci\u00f3n de calidad, igualdad de g\u00e9nero, trabajo decente y crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, y reducci\u00f3n de las desigualdades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el evento de lanzamiento participaron representantes de Conrad N. The goal is to train young women for entry into the workforce in the hospitality industry, which offers significant economic potential and supports income generation, especially for women seeking to begin a formal career.\u00a0 In its first year, the CIMA Project trained 179 women in life skills, empowerment, digital skills, and technical skills specific to the hospitality industry. Of these, 119 have already secured employment opportunities at restaurants, hotels, or cafes in Mexico City, thanks to the vital support of local partners, J\u00f3venes Constructores de la Comunidad (JCC) and Servicios para la Juventud (SERAJ).\u00a0\u00a0 Lourdes Serrano, Project Manager in Mexico for The Trust for the Americas, noted that \u201dCIMA seeks to impact groups of young women in Mexico City by offering them a comprehensive training program that covers technical, life, digital, and empowerment skills.\u201d Similarly, once participants complete and graduate from the full program, we support their transition into quality job opportunities with a focus on the hospitality industry, with the goal of helping them achieve financial independence and overall well-being for themselves and their families.\u201c\u00a0 Participants also receive comprehensive guidance and cross-cutting support services, such as personalized mentoring, psycho-emotional support, and stipends.\u00a0\u00a0 During the launch of the second phase of the CIMA Project, a new partner, Casa Nishi-Ter\u00e1n, presented the booklet \u201dYour Toolkit for Life,\u201c a resource that offers tools related to topics such as \u201dExperiencing Motherhood Without Guilt,\u201c \u201dUnderstanding the Importance of Individuality,\u201c \u201dResponsibilities Within the Home,\u201c \u201dKnowing How to Say No,\u201c and \u201dDiscipline Through Love,\u201d among others.\u00a0\u00a0 This initiative by The Trust for the Americas contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals, such as poverty reduction, quality education, gender equality, decent work and economic growth, and reduced inequalities.\u00a0 The launch event was attended by representatives from the Conrad N.
