En el marco de este evento, se realiz\u00f3 el conversatorio “El Poder de las Alianzas: garantizar oportunidades dignas para las mujeres\u201d<\/strong> donde Fernanda Dom\u00ednguez, Coordinadora de Sociedad Incluyente en el Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO), Sandra Cruz, Coordinadora de Recursos Humanos de “La Casa de los Abuelos “, Elizabeth Huaracha Haro, Participante de Proyecto CIMA y Lourdes Serrano, Gerente de Proyecto CIMA conversaron sobre c\u00f3mo la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los distintos actores clave maximiza el impacto de los proyectos de inclusi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de las mujeres j\u00f3venes en M\u00e9xico. El objetivo de la conversaci\u00f3n fue puntualizar los motivos por los que es necesario crear alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas fuertes y apoyar a que cada vez m\u00e1s mujeres sean financieramente aut\u00f3nomas y esto impacte su bienestar general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hoy en d\u00eda, las mujeres representan el 55% de la fuerza laboral en la industria de la hospitalidad en M\u00e9xico,<\/strong> por lo que The Trust for the Americas vio una oportunidad para implementar Proyecto CIMA y de esta manera capacitar y empoderar a mujeres j\u00f3venes para que accedan a empleos dignos en dicha industria con igualdad de oportunidades y salarios justos. La industria de la hospitalidad es un sector en crecimiento en M\u00e9xico y se espera que crezca a un ritmo del 4% anual en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.
