Paola, egresada CIMA, coment\u00f3 que cuando lleg\u00f3 a CIMA no le gustaba trabajar en equipo porque \u201cme gusta hacer las cosas sola, pero aprend\u00ed a identificar que el apoyo funciona\u201d de esta manera, Paola logr\u00f3 liderar de mejor forma y pudo realizar sus actividades con sus compa\u00f1eras. Gracias a la capacitaci\u00f3n, \u201caprend\u00ed a tomarle amor al trabajo en equipo\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este intercambio de experiencias permiti\u00f3 que las mujeres egresadas pudieran compartir mejor sus experiencias de liderazgo. Adem\u00e1s, resaltaron que los temas que m\u00e1s disfrutaron fueron el de Imagen personal, autoestima, Comunicaci\u00f3n Asertiva, resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y el apoyo que se dieron entre ellas. Paola expres\u00f3 que \u201ccuando llegu\u00e9 me sent\u00eda chiquita, ahora siento que brillo\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al finalizar la convivencia entre las mujeres egresadas, Carolina Kl\u00e9e, Gerente de Operaciones en JCC, organiz\u00f3 un conversatorio con especialistas de la industria hotelera, donde el objetivo fue conocer m\u00e1s del sector tur\u00edstico. Mencion\u00f3 que \u201cla idea es que escuchen de viva voz todo sobre estos sectores, que puedan platicar con ellos y aclarar sus dudas\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este conversatorio cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Alberto Albarr\u00e1n, Director ejecutivo de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteles de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Daniela Maza y Silvia Camacho, de Gastromotiva, Maril\u00fa Martinez de la Alcald\u00eda Miguel Hidalgo y Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n, Director de JCC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n El Proyecto CIMA es implementado en M\u00e9xico por The Trust for the Americas, en alianza con SERAJ (Servicios para la Juventud) y JCC (J\u00f3venes Constructores de la Comunidad), con el financiamiento de la Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Desde el a\u00f1o 2022, CIMA busca incrementar el bienestar general y la autonom\u00eda financiera de mujeres j\u00f3venes entre los 16 y 29 a\u00f1os de edad a trav\u00e9s de capacitaciones y mentor\u00edas presenciales y\/o virtuales enfocadas en habilidades t\u00e9cnicas, para la vida, digitales y de empoderamiento. Such was the case with Lourdes Serrano, POETA Project Manager in Mexico, and Karen Castro, Project Officer in Mexico, who visited the facilities of JCC (J\u00f3venes Constructores de la Comunidad, A.C.), a local partner that has been implementing the CIMA Project (Comprehensive Training for Women in Action) since 2022.\u00a0 The purpose of this meeting was to meet with CIMA graduates, who shared their experiences during the training, as well as the challenges they faced in their first job interviews and how they overcame them.\u00a0 Paola, a CIMA graduate, commented that when she first joined CIMA, she didn\u2019t like working in a team because \u201cI like to do things on my own, but I learned to recognize that support works.\u201d In this way, Paola was able to lead more effectively and carry out her tasks alongside her colleagues. Thanks to the training, \u201cI learned to develop a love for teamwork.\u201d This exchange of experiences allowed the female graduates to better share their leadership experiences. In addition, they highlighted that the topics they enjoyed most were personal image, self-esteem, assertive communication, conflict resolution, and the support they provided to one another. Paola said, \u201cWhen I arrived, I felt small; now I feel like I\u2019m shining.\u201d At the end of the gathering among the graduates, Carolina Kl\u00e9e, Operations Manager at JCC, organized a discussion with specialists from the hospitality industry, with the goal of learning more about the tourism sector.
