El emprendimiento beneficia el progreso de las comunidades, mejorando su calidad de vida, favoreciendo el desarrollo de capacidades y competencias, y promoviendo el desarrollo sostenible. La mujer emprendedora se caracteriza por ser una persona que, desempe\u00f1a un rol de cambio en el sector social y econ\u00f3mico, ya que no solo reconoce y trabaja en busca de oportunidades, sino que, tambi\u00e9n identifica riesgos que pueden afectar sus objetivos; Participando en un proceso de construcci\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n, adaptaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje continuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la mayor\u00eda de casos, el emprender favorece la inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres en el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y el conocimiento. En Colombia se viene estableciendo como una alternativa s\u00f3lida para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds; se evidencian beneficios a trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en programas que potencien sus iniciativas productivas, mediante el uso de medios tecnol\u00f3gicos. El acceso a internet y su entrenamiento para usarlo, son herramientas para que las mujeres aprendan a fortalecer sus habilidades empresariales, ensanchando sus oportunidades de trabajo y avanzando hacia la productividad de sus empresas. De hecho, en nuestro contexto se mitiga la brecha social entre los hombres y las mujeres, en la medida en que estas emprenden, ampl\u00edan sus oportunidades de trabajo, desarrollan una capacidad empresarial y su autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, lo que contribuye al empoderamiento personal y social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se ha incrementado la presencia de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas en el fortalecimiento de las capacidades de la mujer para lograr la autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica a trav\u00e9s del mejoramiento en su formaci\u00f3n, acceso a informaci\u00f3n, e incursi\u00f3n en redes de apoyo que, mediante la asesor\u00eda y el apoyo econ\u00f3mico, contribuyen a la implementaci\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n, y de estrategias para enfrentar los nuevos desaf\u00edos de la econom\u00eda global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se destaca la importancia de la incorporaci\u00f3n y el aprovechamiento de las tecnolog\u00edas digitales en las iniciativas de mujeres emprendedoras, con la intenci\u00f3n de consolidar sus condiciones y calidad de vida, as\u00ed como la innovaci\u00f3n en las habilidades de toma de decisiones, an\u00e1lisis de riesgos y acciones, a pesar de las complicaciones contextuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Supone impactos adicionales, como mayores ingresos familiares, incremento de la empleabilidad en las comunidades, y la oferta de empleos y servicios; lo que transforma la calidad de vida de las familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El desarrollo humano, bajo la incidencia de las nuevas ciencias tecnol\u00f3gicas aplicadas, abarca tambi\u00e9n el impulso econ\u00f3mico dentro de la nueva sociedad de la informaci\u00f3n. La innovaci\u00f3n se basa cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s en tecnolog\u00edas digitales y est\u00e1ndares productivos que, pueden impulsar los beneficios econ\u00f3micos y sociales, si se conducen inteligentemente. Entrepreneurship benefits the progress of communities by improving their quality of life, fostering the development of skills and competencies, and promoting sustainable development. Women entrepreneurs are characterized by their role as agents of change in the social and economic sectors, as they not only recognize and pursue opportunities but also identify risks that may affect their goals, participating in a process of creation, innovation, adaptation, and continuous learning. In most cases, entrepreneurship promotes women\u2019s inclusion in access to information and knowledge. In Colombia, it has been establishing itself as a solid alternative for the country\u2019s economic development; benefits are evident through women\u2019s participation in programs that strengthen their productive initiatives through the use of technology. Access to the internet and training in its use are tools that enable women to strengthen their entrepreneurial skills, expand their employment opportunities, and enhance the productivity of their businesses.\u00a0 In fact, in our context, the social gap between men and women is narrowed as women start businesses, expand their employment opportunities, develop entrepreneurial skills, and achieve economic autonomy\u2014all of which contribute to their personal and social empowerment. The use of technological tools has increased in strengthening women\u2019s capacity to achieve economic autonomy through improved training, access to information, and participation in support networks that, through guidance and financial support, help implement innovation and strategies to address the new challenges of the global economy. The importance of incorporating and leveraging digital technologies in women entrepreneurs\u2019 initiatives is highlighted, with the aim of improving their living conditions and quality of life, as well as fostering innovation in decision-making, risk analysis, and action-taking\u2014despite contextual challenges. This leads to additional benefits, such as higher household incomes, increased employability within communities, and the creation of jobs and services\u2014all of which transform families\u2019 quality of life. Human development, driven by new applied technological sciences, also encompasses economic growth within the new information society. Innovation is increasingly based on digital technologies and production standards that can drive economic and social benefits if managed wisely.
