Al hablar de EMPODERAMIENTO de las mujeres, tenemos necesariamente que mencionar la gran desigualdad colectiva e individual que viven ellas, y c\u00f3mo est\u00e1s condiciones coartan sus habilidades para desarrollar procesos de proyecci\u00f3n personal, toma de decisiones, movilizaci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n, al no acceder la informaci\u00f3n, herramientas y posibilidades para potenciar sus capacidades. El escaso acceso a herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, tambi\u00e9n suele estar acompa\u00f1ado de \u201cnormas sociales y culturales\u201d que de forma impl\u00edcita discriminan a las mujeres, por escasas oportunidades para su formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, precarias condiciones econ\u00f3micas y laborales, proyectos de vida anclados al cuidado de otras personas, estando enmarcadas en su rol de solucionar y mejorar la vida de otros y otras, sin reconocer sus intereses, gustos y capacidades; Donde los estereotipos, la escasa participaci\u00f3n y la educaci\u00f3n para la sumisi\u00f3n, fomentan la desigualdad, la brecha social ypor supuesto digital. En el prop\u00f3sito determinante de avanzar hacia la EQUIDAD DE G\u00c9NERO, es fundamental que tanto desde las entidades estatales, como las privadas y organizaciones se asuma el desaf\u00edo de facilitar a las mujeres, el acceso no los ha conocimientos y desarrollo de habilidades sino tambi\u00e9n a herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas que les brinden las posibilidades de: recibir nueva informaci\u00f3n, descubrir sus gustos e intereses, desarrollar sus capacidades en la medida que se autorreconocen, incentivar su motivaci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n de proyectos de vida m\u00e1s enfocados en su crecimiento personal, y su preparaci\u00f3n para el desempe\u00f1o en \u00e1mbitos laborales y\/o de emprendimiento, fortaleciendo su autonom\u00eda. Laudes Infantis, mediante escenarios de ense\u00f1anza- aprendizaje, posibilita la construcci\u00f3n de saberes que nacen del SER y llevan a las mujeres hacia caminos para CONSTRUIR LA EQUIDAD, en los que mujeres y hombres puedan desarrollar sus potencialidades.
