As\u00ed mismo,&nbsp;el acompa\u00f1amiento se da por lo menos una vez a la semana de forma sincr\u00f3nica, es decir, a trav\u00e9s de una sesi\u00f3n virtual, lo que permite a las participantes avanzar en su formaci\u00f3n de manera independiente,&nbsp;pero a la vez sinti\u00e9ndose acompa\u00f1adas y con mucho apoyo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha&nbsp;acentuado&nbsp;la&nbsp;necesidad&nbsp;de&nbsp;proporcionar&nbsp;las herramientas adecuadas a las mujeres&nbsp;mexicanas.
