Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, September 30, 2025.<\/strong> \u2013 J\u00f3venes Constructores de la Comunidad, A.C. (JCC)<\/strong>, in partnership with The Trust for the Americas<\/em> and with the support of North American Development Bank (NADBank)<\/strong>, celebrated the graduation of 49 young people<\/strong> that participated in the project Pull for Water<\/strong>, a binational initiative that promotes decent work, technical training, and community engagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This effort was made possible thanks to the support of FECHAC, through its MIDAS program<\/strong>, and of partner companies like the Municipal Water and Sanitation Board of Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, Veolia, Arca Continental, The Water House<\/strong>, among others, that have opened opportunities for local talent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For three months, women and men aged 17 to 34 received training in personal empowerment, soft skills, and technical plumbing training provided by the Training Institute for Work of the State of Chihuahua (ICATECH). As part of their process, they carried out community internships such as the installation of irrigation systems in public spaces, directly contributing to the well-being of their neighborhoods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2023, Pull for Water<\/em> has graduated more than 300 people<\/strong>, of which more than 100 they are women<\/strong>. The 100% program has provided its participants with access to economic opportunities in key sectors such as industry, commerce, water management, and entrepreneurship, as well as educational reintegration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luis Alberto Aquino, JCC coordinator in Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, acknowledged that \u201cproviding soft skills and technical training in water conservation are a bridge to a better future for those young people with limited opportunities. Their achievement is a testament to their dedication and perseverance.\u201d.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
