During December 1 and 2, they conducted a needs assessment in collaboration with the Higher School of Innovation in Public Administration (ESIAP) of the Vice Presidency of El Salvador and other key partners.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visit included tours of the&nbsp;<em>CUBES<\/em>&nbsp;from San Salvador and Soyapango, centers that promote community development, marking the beginning of promising cooperation to implement innovative content and methodologies of&nbsp;<em>The Trust for the Americas<\/em>&nbsp;in Salvadoran communities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tfaoea.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-1.jpeg?w=545\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2947\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strengthening innovation with ESIAP<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our team visited the ESIAP offices, where they held meetings with their team. During these sessions, ideas were exchanged on the potential of artificial intelligence as a transformative tool to position El Salvador as a regional innovation hub. The discussions highlighted the importance of training communities in technological skills and sustainable development strategies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tfaoea.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-2.jpeg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2948\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exploring synergies with Conexi\u00f3n El Salvador<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the team&nbsp;<em>The Trust for the Americas<\/em>&nbsp;she visited the organization Conexi\u00f3n El Salvador, led by Ethel (last name and title).
