Access is public and does not require registration.<\/p><h5>2.2 Registration and Enrollment System \u2014 nuevo.sit.trustfortheamericas.org<\/h5><p>Platform for the registration and monitoring of participants, organizations, and beneficiaries in THE TRUST \nFOR THE AMERICAS programs, courses, and activities. Access to specific features requires the creation \nof a user account. For certain projects, registration management is handled through the administrative panel \navailable at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/registro.trustfortheamericas.org\/apcaa\/admin\/\">https:\/\/registro.trustfortheamericas.org\/apcaa\/admin\/<\/a>, which is part of the same system.<\/p><h5>2.3 Online Learning Platforms<\/h5><p>Platforms for the delivery of courses, training, and educational programs:<\/p><ul><li>aulavirtual.trustfortheamericas.org \u2014 general institutional training platform.<\/li><li>capacitate.trust-oea.org \u2014 capacity-building courses platform for the region.<\/li><li>brasil-capacitate.trust-oea.org \u2014 capacity-building courses platform for Brazil.<\/li><li>cursosia.trust-oea.org \u2014 specialized platform for artificial intelligence courses.<\/li><\/ul><p>Users may include individual participants, registered organizations, minors with authorization from their \nlegal guardian, and external instructors or facilitators linked to institutional programs. The terms of use, \ncertifications, and conduct standards described in these Terms apply to all platforms listed.<\/p><h5>3. Registration and User Accounts<\/h5><h5>3.1 Accuracy of information.<\/h5><p>The user warrants that the information provided at the time of registration is \ntruthful, complete, and up to date. THE TRUST FOR THE AMERICAS may suspend access for any user \nwho provides false or inaccurate information.<\/p><h5>3.2 Confidentiality of credentials.<\/h5><p>The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their \nusername and password and for all activities carried out under their account.<\/p><h5>3.3 Minors.<\/h5><p>Registration of minors requires the express authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal \nrepresentatives, in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Policy of THE TRUST FOR THE \nAMERICAS.<\/p><h5>4. Permitted Use and User Conduct<\/h5><p>The user agrees to use the Platforms solely for the lawful purposes established by THE TRUST FOR THE \nAMERICAS. Intellectual Property<\/h5><p>All content available on the Platforms \u2014 including texts, images, videos, course materials, logos, \ntrademarks, and designs \u2014 is the property of THE TRUST FOR THE AMERICAS or its licensors and is \nprotected by applicable intellectual property laws. Access to the Platforms does not grant the user any rights over such content beyond the expressly authorized personal and non-commercial use.<\/p><h5>6. Certificates and Credentials from the Virtual Classroom<\/h5><p>Courses and programs in the Virtual Classroom may award:<\/p><ul><li>Certificates issued by THE TRUST FOR THE AMERICAS, accrediting participation in and \ncompletion of the program.<\/li><li>Certificates endorsed by partner universities, institutions, or government entities, as expressly \nindicated in the description of each program.<\/li><\/ul><p>THE TRUST FOR THE AMERICAS does not guarantee automatic recognition of certificates by third-party \ninstitutions or employers. The official validity of each certificate is subject to the agreements in force with \nthe endorsing institutions indicated in each program.<\/p><h5>7. Suspension of Access<\/h5><p>THE TRUST FOR THE AMERICAS reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for any user who fails to comply with these Terms, without prior notice when the severity of the situation so requires. The suspension may be lifted once the user remedies the breach or provides satisfactory explanations to the organization. In cases of repeated or serious violations, permanent account cancellation may follow.<\/p><h5>8. Limitation of Liability<\/h5><p>THE TRUST FOR THE AMERICAS shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential \ndamages arising from the use or inability to use the Platforms, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
