She primarily focuses on the POETA Social Franchise, where she provides training and capacity-building and generates monitoring processes for projects launched in 10 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean region.
She has over 40 years of experience in special education, especially for vulnerable populations, people with disabilities, and immigrants.
Maite has a Ph.D. in Education, and she holds two master's degrees, one in Educational Technology and the other in Democracy and Values in Latin America. She is passionate about teaching and working directly with people. Maite has experience participating in international conferences, especially creating and presenting content. She focuses on topics of innovation and accessibility and also in AI.
