Adriana Rueda works as a Project Officer at POETA Program, providing technical support for its implementation and contributing to fulfilling its mission.
She is originally from Cartagena, Colombia, and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Tecnologico de Monterrey. Additionally, she has obtained continuing education certificates in Social Project Management and Public Policy Evaluation.
Previously she collaborated with the VIVE Project as an Administrative and Research Assistant, and as an Independent Consultant. She is also knowledgeable in areas such as e-learning and monitoring and evaluation strategies. As well, Adriana has experience as an academic researcher, publishing articles focused on women’s access in Latin America to tertiary education and the formal labor market.
