Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, 15 de abril.\u2013 Tras cuatro a\u00f1os de implementaci\u00f3n, el Proyecto CIMA (Capacitaci\u00f3n Integral para Mujeres en Acci\u00f3n), implementado por The Trust for the Americas en alianza con J\u00f3venes Constructores de la Comunidad AC y Centro Laboral M\u00e9xico IAP, concluy\u00f3 sus actividades consolid\u00e1ndose como una iniciativa clave para el fortalecimiento de habilidades y la empleabilidad de mujeres j\u00f3venes en la Zona Metropolitana de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde su lanzamiento en abril de 2022, el proyecto logr\u00f3 la graduaci\u00f3n de 860 mujeres<\/strong>, of which 475 fueron vinculadas a oportunidades de empleo, autoempleo o formaci\u00f3n continua<\/strong>, contribuyendo de manera significativa a su autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y desarrollo profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El evento de cierre reuni\u00f3 a aliados estrat\u00e9gicos, beneficiarias y representantes institucionales en una jornada que destac\u00f3 los principales resultados, aprendizajes y testimonios del programa. La sesi\u00f3n inici\u00f3 con la bienvenida y apertura, seguida de la presentaci\u00f3n de resultados a cargo de Lourdes Serrano, gerente regional en The Trust, quien expuso el impacto alcanzado a lo largo de la implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el evento, se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de organizaciones aliadas como CELAMEX y JCC, quienes compartieron mensajes institucionales y casos de \u00e9xito que reflejan el impacto tangible del proyecto en la vida de las participantes. Las historias presentadas evidenciaron c\u00f3mo el acceso a capacitaci\u00f3n integral, habilidades digitales y herramientas para la empleabilidad ha permitido a las beneficiarias mejorar sus condiciones de vida y proyectar nuevas oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Proyecto CIMA se enfoc\u00f3 en brindar formaci\u00f3n en habilidades t\u00e9cnicas y socioemocionales, incorporando contenidos innovadores como herramientas digitales, empleabilidad e inteligencia artificial aplicada, fortaleciendo as\u00ed la preparaci\u00f3n de las participantes frente a las demandas del mercado laboral actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
